We are looking for suitably qualified candidates for the following position: 

Position Summary:


The Operations supervisor will be responsible to monitor the efficiency of the operations and to also apply methods to improve processes, where required, such as customer service, etc.


Position Type/Expected Work Hours:


  • This is a full-time position. 

  • Working hours and times will vary and will be dependent on opening hours of the business. 

  • Work is required on weekends and Public Holidays


Essential Functions:


  • Ensure the opening and closing balances for the truck stock is recorded accurately 

  • Oversee the proper execution of customer orders in a timely and cost-effective manner; ensure that high service levels are maintained

  • Prepare weekly staffing schedules 

  • Maintain proper record of absenteeism, sick days, vacation.

  • Execution of employee evaluation 

  • Daily reconciliation of stock

  • Daily reconciliation of sales

  • Preparation of weekly reports 

  • Other duties as assigned by leadership, either verbally or in writing

Physical Demands:

The employee may be required to lift up to 30lbs


Requirements/Qualifications/Abilities: 

  • At least Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

  • At least 1 year experience in a Supervisory or Management capacity; experience in a gas dealership would be an asset

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint);
